• Skill is an ability or talent of a person which comes naturally to him whereas experience is a journey in which you can learn and develop skills.

• Skills are important as companies like Google, Apple etc. look for employees who have skills and talent rather than the experience the employee has and without skill , experience is of no use .

• Experience is equally important as skill because with experience you learn and it prevents you from making the same mistakes you did in the past and through the journey of experience , skill will surely get developed .
